Oil and gas companies use sub-surface G&G (geology and geophysics) data to decide whether to hold or release acreage, position exploration wells, and decide on development or relinquishment strategies for existing fields. However, even though the oil and gas companies are awash with such G&G data, less than 5% is used in de-risking activities as much of these data are un-structured, difficult to locate and expensive to use. 

Iraya Energies flagship product, ElasticDocs cloud native knowledge container, is capable of ingesting massive amounts of structured and unstructured data and uses state-of-the-art machine learning and Artificial Intelligence tools, underpinned with specific geoscience domain expertise, to deliver rapid and easy access to these valuable sub-surface G&G data.

Microsoft Azure is, an open, flexible, enterprise-grade cloud computing platform that allows access to unlimited resources to scale high-performance computing (HPC) jobs.

By powering the ElasticDocs knowledge container using Microsoft Azure enterprise-grade cloud computing platform unlimited resources becomes available to process and analyze large data volumes and providing instant accessibility.
