Technology powers efficiency. Indeed, it was an honor to participate as one of the plenary speakers at the DOE’s ePowerMo conference last Tuesday, and present the latest developments on ML technologies for geoscience applications that our scientists in Iraya have and continue to develop. Grateful to the receptivity of industry leaders and government officials on the value of science and data-driven policy making.
Iraya Energies presented at ePower Mo Conference, to support the Philipine Government’s thrust for Increasing Efficiency across the Energy Sector. “By leveraging on AI technologies, we inject efficiency gains into each stage of the E&P cycle, making the total efficiency gain greater than the sum of its parts. These shall result to cost-savings for businesses as well as consumers.”, says Iraya Managing Director Nina Marie Hernandez. The ePower Mo is an information dissemination program sponsored by the Department of Energy, in coordination with the Philippine Information Agency. The conference was held on April 24 in Baguio City, attended by more than 700 participants/stakeholders including the public, government agencies and energy companies. The conference also tackled the DOE’s Energy Efficiency Roadmap from 2017 to 2040.
